FORMULA ONE RACING  X  LIVE MUSIC  X  CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

Formula 1 Powerboat Racing is teaming up with the Mississippi River Festival in Alton, IL on June 21 – 23! Kick off the event on Belle Street at Mac’s Downtown the evening of June 21 with a Meet & Greet Street Party where you can meet drivers, see the racing boats up close and personal, and grab some food. After watching a full day of racing on Saturday, June 22, grab your tickets and head on over to the MRF for live music from bands like Larkin Poe, Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown, Fastball & Feel. Racing continues on Sunday, June 23, with a corn hole tournament, then concluding the weekend with an Awards Presentation.

COST- General Admission is FREE to view the racing. Bleacher seats and VIP available for upgrade here.

CAN I VIEW IT FROM THE WATER?     Yes, as long as you are outside of the safety zones (as seen on the image of the map above), you can view from your water craft in the NO WAKE ZONE.

WHERE CAN I LAUNCH MY BOAT FROM? The Alton Marina ramp will be closed to the public throughoutthe day, so other access points will have to be used around the area to launch your boat in. Check the schedule below for exact timing on boat ramp closures.
